Balanced ApproachWe do not recommend hearing aids for people who would not have a significant benefit from their use. A hearing test is performed to evaluate the person's hearing loss, and the benefit they would receive from amplification. The test is always at no cost, no obligation, with or without the purchase of hearing aids.

Test and assessment of middle ear function.
Inspection with a video otoscope can detect the presence of a common hindrance to better hearing - wax buildup.
Preventative maintenance can help you avoid the most frequent cause of hearing aid malfunction - corrosion. The contact, volume control, and battery compartment must be cleaned regularly. This is best done with a dry brush.
Changes in amplification can lessen the performance of a hearing aid. Aids are computer tested in our lab to ensure that they meet or exceed the manufacturer's original specifications.
Our Rejuvenator machine dries the moisture in the hearing aid, and wax is removed. Earmolds and tubing are cleaned. This is done quarterly.
